2005 yılında yüksek tekstil mühendisi Burhan Tekkeçeci tarafından kurulan İNNOVATEKS ve 2007 yılında Övgü Demirağ tarafından kurulan OBEN, alınan ortaklaşa karar ile 2012 yılında mevcut satış ve satış sonrası hizmetleri tek bir çatı altında toplamak ve daha geniş bir ürün yelpazesi ile müşterilerine hizmet vermek amacı ile OBEN İNNOVATEKS İÇ VE DIŞ TİC.LTD.ŞTİ. adı altında birleşmişlerdir.

OBEN INNOVATEKS IC VE DIS TIC.LTD.STI. is an incorporation of INNOVATEKS that was founded in 2005 by textile engineer Mr. Burhan Tekkececi and OBEN that was founded in 2007 by Ms Ovgu Demirag. This incorporation taking place by the beginning of 2012, was the decision of both partners who aimed to bring together the existing sales and after sales activities under one roof and serve to its customers with a wider product range.
